This agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") constitutes a public offer under Article 642 of the Civil Code of Ukraine. By placing an order on our website, the Buyer agrees to the terms of this Agreement.

The Buyer: Any individual or legal entity who places an order on the website, thereby accepting the terms of this Agreement.
2. Subject of the Agreement
The Seller agrees to sell, and the Buyer agrees to purchase, the products (author books) in accordance with the conditions set forth in this Agreement.
3. Order and Conclusion of the Agreement
- The Buyer places an order by adding items to the cart and completing the checkout process.
- Upon placing the order and receiving confirmation, the Agreement is considered concluded, and the Buyer is obligated to pay for the purchased goods in accordance with the selected payment method.
- The Seller reserves the right to cancel or modify the order if there is any mistake or error in the availability or pricing of the goods.
4. Price and Payment Terms
- The price of the goods is stated on the website at the time of the order.
- The Buyer can choose from various payment methods: payment via the website (credit/debit cards, e-wallets) or direct bank transfer using the provided account details.
- The Buyer agrees to pay for the goods in full before the order is processed and shipped.
5. Delivery
- The Seller is responsible for ensuring timely shipping of the goods.
- Delivery times may vary depending on the location of the Buyer and the chosen delivery method.
- The Seller will send tracking details for the shipped order once it is dispatched.
6. Return and Refund Policy
- The Buyer has the right to return the goods within 14 days from the date of receipt if the item is unused and in its original packaging.
- If the item is defective or damaged during delivery, the Seller will cover the return shipping costs.
- Refunds will be issued within 7 business days after the return is processed, using the same payment method as the original purchase.
7. Buyer’s Rights and Obligations
- The Buyer has the right to refuse the goods if the terms of the Agreement are not fulfilled by the Seller.
- The Buyer must provide accurate information for order processing and delivery.
- The Buyer is responsible for ensuring the proper usage of the goods purchased from the Seller.
8. Seller’s Rights and Obligations
- The Seller must deliver the goods as per the order and provide accurate information about the products.
- The Seller is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to circumstances beyond their control (e.g., force majeure, problems with the delivery service, etc.).
9. Limitation of Liability
- The Seller is not responsible for any indirect damages, losses, or expenses that may occur in relation to the use or inability to use the purchased goods.
- The Seller's liability is limited to the cost of the goods purchased.
10. Confidentiality
- The Seller ensures the confidentiality of the Buyer’s personal information and does not share it with third parties, except as required by law or for order processing.
11. Amendments to the Agreement
- The Seller reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Changes will be published on the website, and the updated version will take effect from the date of publication.
12. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be held liable for failure to perform their obligations under this Agreement if the failure is caused by circumstances beyond their control (e.g., natural disasters, war, strikes, technical failures, etc.).
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- This Agreement is governed by the laws of Ukraine.
- Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be settled in accordance with the law of Ukraine in the relevant court.
14. Final Provisions
By placing an order on our website, the Buyer confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. The Agreement is concluded and enters into force from the moment the Buyer confirms the order.
