2. Order Processing

3. Refunds and Returns

We carefully inspect all books before shipping to ensure high-quality products. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, you are entitled to a return or refund.

3.1 Return Conditions:

- Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, provided the item has not been used and is in its original condition.

- A return is possible only with proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

- If the book is defective or damaged during shipping, we will cover the return shipping costs.

3.2 Refunds:

- In case of a return, we will refund the purchase amount to the same payment method used at checkout within 7 business days.

- If you cancel the order before it is shipped, we will also issue a full refund.
